Thank you to everyone who came to the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival at the Sunset Laemmle movie theater in West Hollywood, California, on March 2 at 6pm, to see one of the first screenings of Nizhoni. I want to thank my mom, Lupe, and my family for supporting me through the hard times as well as good. You have been there for me no matter what events or situations arise and I thank you for understanding and being willing to understand me and all my many different facets.
This film is dedicated to all the Indiginouse People who have fallen to the Genocide of North and South America and to those who have struggled on with strength and beauty to encourage and help the next generations continue. Kotsi-eya.
